What is Automall365?
Automall365 is an e-commerce platform specializing in automotive parts and services. Our goal is to make it easy for users to find automotive parts and services for their vehicles through the AutoMall365 platform. As a provider of automotive parts and services, we focus on delivering the best products and services to our customers. What makes Automall365 unique is that, in addition to selling and delivering automotive parts through our "Marketplace", we also offer a customized "Order & Workshop Appointment Service".
When customers check out and purchase automotive parts, they can select a workshop from our workshop list and pre-book a preferred date and time for installation or servicing. We will deliver the purchased parts to the selected workshop before the scheduled service date. On the appointed date and time, customers simply drive to the chosen workshop to complete the installation, repair, or servicing of the purchased items. For parts purchased through Automall365, installation, repair, and servicing at the selected workshop are provided at no additional cost.
Do I need to register?
First of all, registration is free. You may choose to register or not. By registering an account, you can enjoy our customized "Order & Workshop Appointment Service", making the purchase of tires, batteries, engine oil, and accessories as easy as 1, 2, 3.
We created this "Order & Workshop Appointment Service" because we understand that many car owners find it difficult to read tire sizes and battery models for their vehicles. After registering an account and recording your vehicle details, this feature will recommend suitable tire sizes and battery models for your vehicle. You can always review and edit the tire size (with the help of our image guide) and battery model under the "My Cars" tab. When using this feature to purchase tires, batteries, and/or lubricants, you will select a workshop from our partner workshop list and book your preferred service date and time. The purchased items will then be delivered directly to the selected workshop. On the scheduled date and time, you simply drive to the chosen workshop to complete the installation, repair, or servicing. For parts purchased through AutoMall365, installation, repair, and servicing are provided at no additional cost.
If you choose not to register, you will only be able to view the "Marketplace" and the "Download Breakdown Assistance App" pages. The "Marketplace" allows you to purchase parts and have them delivered to your preferred address (applicable to Peninsular Malaysia only). The "Download Breakdown Assistance App" page explains the purpose of the app, provides answers to frequently asked questions, and shows where to download it.
Why do I need to register my car?
After you register your car, our system will recommend suitable tire sizes and battery models based on your vehicle details.
Why are there no lubricant recommendations for my registered vehicle?
Lubricant preferences vary from person to person. Therefore, we allow car owners to choose and decide for themselves from the available list.
Can I order lubricants through the "Order & Workshop Appointment Service"?
Yes, you can. Simply select "Lubricants" under "Select Category" and add the item to your cart. You only need to select your vehicle during checkout.
Can I edit my vehicle information after registration?
Yes, you can. Go to the "My Cars" section at the top-right corner of the AutoMall365 page, then click "My Cars". Click the "Edit" button at the end of the registered vehicle details to make the necessary changes.
When editing my car information, I see an image guide titled "How to read tire size from your physical tire". What is this for?
This image guide is designed to help you read the tire size directly from your vehicle’s physical tires, as some car owners may have upgraded their tire sizes and our recommended sizes may not reflect their current setup. We strongly recommend that all car owners verify their actual tire size using the image guide after registering their vehicle, as our recommendations may differ.
Can I add more vehicles?
Yes, you can. Go to "My Cars" and click "Add Vehicle" to add more vehicles.
What is the "Marketplace"?
The "Marketplace" lists all automotive parts along with their prices, functions, and benefits. Customers can purchase parts and have them delivered to their preferred address (applicable to Peninsular Malaysia only).
Regarding delivery, when will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped on the day after payment is completed.
How long does it take for my order to reach my delivery address?
Delivery time depends on Pgeon, DHL, J&T, Pos Laju, and other logistics providers.
What is the "Order & Workshop Appointment Service"?
As the name suggests, customers purchase parts and then select a workshop from Automall365’s workshop list to book a service date and time. We will deliver the parts to the selected workshop before the scheduled service date. On the appointed date and time, customers visit the workshop to complete installation, repair, or servicing. For parts purchased through Automall365, installation, repair, and servicing at the selected workshop are provided at no additional cost. We have a network of partner workshops across Peninsular Malaysia ready to service parts purchased from Automoall365.
What happens if the workshop cannot provide service on my selected date and time?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the selected workshop may be closed on your chosen date and time and unable to service your vehicle. Rest assured, once the workshop receives your appointment request, a workshop representative will contact you to reschedule the service at a time that is convenient for you.
What are the operating hours of your partner workshops?
Our partner workshops operate from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They are closed on Sundays.
How long does installation, repair, or servicing usually take?
A minimum of 30 minutes and no more than 2 hours, depending on the total number of items to be installed, repaired, or serviced on your vehicle.
Do I need to pay labor charges for installation, repair, or servicing?
When you purchase parts through the "Order & Workshop Appointment Service", installation, repair, and servicing of the purchased parts are provided free of charge.
What if I need to purchase additional parts or services beyond what I bought from you?
If you wish to purchase additional parts or services that are not listed on the AutoMall365 e-commerce platform, you may negotiate directly with our partner workshop. Any such transactions are not subject to any agreements, terms, or conditions between AutoMall365 and you.
What is the "Download Breakdown Assistance App"?
The Breakdown Assistance App is an application developed by us called ResQ365. It is available for download from the official Google Play Store and App Store. ResQ365 is designed to provide additional value-added services by assisting customers when their vehicle breaks down during a journey. We have breakdown assistance teams across Peninsular Malaysia ready to help get your vehicle back on the road so you can continue your journey and return home safely.
If you have already registered with AutoMall365, there is no need to register again after downloading the ResQ365 app. Your existing login credentials can be used, and your registered vehicle information will also appear in the ResQ365 app. In short, once you download the ResQ365 app, you can immediately use it to receive vehicle breakdown assistance anytime, anywhere.
Can I view my purchase history?
Yes. All your successfully completed purchases can be viewed under "My Orders" at the top-right corner of the AutoMall365 page.
What currency can I use for payment?
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Can I purchase products from the "Marketplace" and the "Order & Workshop Appointment Service" at the same time?
No. These two types of products are handled differently. "Marketplace" products are delivered directly to the customer’s address, while "Order & Workshop Appointment Service" products are delivered to the selected workshop. Please note that "Marketplace" and "Order & Workshop Appointment Service" products must be checked out separately and cannot be combined. If you add an "Order & Workshop Appointment Service" product to your cart, any "Marketplace" products will be automatically removed.

Please be assured that our payment gateway partner, Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd, collects payments on behalf of Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd.
My computer froze during payment. How do I know if my payment was successful?
When you submit your payment details, Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd will request authorization from your card issuer and perform fraud screening on behalf of Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd. Based on the authorization result, you will see a success or failure message on your screen confirming the transaction outcome. Successful payments will also be confirmed via email. The email will include your purchase details and a transaction ID, which serves as the unique reference number for your payment and should be quoted in any communication with Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd. This email will be sent by Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd to the email address you provided during payment. If you receive multiple emails but made only one purchase, please contact automotivemall365@gmail.com to inform us of the duplicate order(s). If necessary, we will arrange a refund.
