What Is Automall365?

Automall365 is an E-Commerce selling solely on automotive related parts and services. This is to allow user to be able to easily find automotive parts and services for their vehicles at solely our AutoMall365 E-Commerce. And as an automotive parts and service provider, we would be able to focus on getting the best service and parts to the users. The uniqueness of this Automall365 is that, beside the Marketplace that selling and shipping automotive part(s) to customer(s), we provide Order & Book Workshop Service for our customer(s).

When customer checkout the shopping carts to purchase the automotive part(s), customer will choose workshop from our workshop list to schedule upfront the date and time to fix and service the parts that they purchased. We will deliver the part(s) to the chosen workshop prior to the service date that scheduled by customer, customer go to the chosen workshop on the scheduled date and time, get their part(s) fixed, installed and services done on their vehicle. No addition payment is needed for the fixing, installing and services at the chosen workshop of part(s) that purchased from Automall365 under this Order & Book Workshop Service.

Do I Need To Sign Up?

First of all, Sign Up is Free. However, you can choose to Sign Up or not to. When you Sign Up an account, you are open up to our customized feature called Order & Schedule Workshop Service that make your tire, battery, engine oil and accessories purchase as easy as 1,2,3.

The reason we created this Order & Schedule Workshop Service is because we understand that lots of vehicle owners having difficulties in reading their own vehicle tire sizes and also their vehicle battery model when they wanted to do a purchase. This feature provide a suggestion / recommendation of tire size and battery model according to the vehicle that you register after you Sign Up an account. You can always double check at My Car tab to do edit tire size (We provide picture guide) and battery model accordingly. With this feature, when you purchase tire, battery and (or) lubricant, you will choose workshop from our panel workshop list and schedule your preferred workshop service date and time. Your purchase will then be sending directly to our panel workshop that you choose. On the exact date and time that you have scheduled, you just drive your vehicle and go directly to the chosen panel workshop to complete your purchase item installation, fixing and servicing. There is no additional payment needed to installed, fixed and serviced the part(s) that you have purchase with us via AutoMall365.

If you choose not to register, you can only see Marketplace and Download Breakdown Service App page. Marketplace is for you to purchased part(s) and we ship your purchase to you at your desire address. (Only apply to Peninsula Malaysia). Why Do I Need To Register My Car?

When you register your car, our system will suggest and recommend you the tire size and battery model base on your car detail that you registered.

Why There Is No Suggestion Or Recommendation For Lubricant For My Registered Vehicle?

Lubricant have wide preference from one user to another use. We leave it open for vehicle owner to decide and choose from the list.

Can I Order Lubricant Under Order & Book Workshop Service?

Yes, you can. Just select Lubricant under Select category, then add cart. Only select your vehicle when you checkout for payment.

Can I Edit My Vehicle Info After Vehicle Registration Is Done?

Yes. You can go to My Car at the top right of the AutoMall365 and click on My Car. Then click Edit button at the end of the vehicle detail that you registered and edit accordingly.

I Saw Picture Guide “How To Read The Tire Size From Your Physical Tire” When I Want To Edit My Car Info. What is that For?

The Picture Guide is to guide you on how to read the tire size on your physical tire on your vehicle, as there are vehicle owner who upgrade they tire size thus our recommendation of tire size might not be reflected their existing tire size. It is also recommended that every vehicle owner to double check their physical tire (Follow picture guide) after vehicle registration as our suggestion and recommendation might be different.

Can I Add More Vehicle?

Yes. You can go to My Car, click Add Vehicle to add more vehicles.

What Is Marketplace?

Marketplace is where all the automotive parts are listed with its price, functions, benefits and etc. Customer can purchase and have the part(s) ship to customer’s desire address. (Only apply to Peninsula Malaysia).

For Delivery, When Will The Order Be Ship Out To Me?

Your order will be ship out the next day from the date you complete your payment.

How Long Does It Take For My Order To Arrive At My Purchase Address?

Delivery time is based on Pgeon, DHL, J&T, Pos Laju, and Logistics.

What Is Order & Book Workshop Service?

As how it was named, customer purchased part(s), choose and schedule date and time with workshop from our workshop list in Automall365. We will deliver the part(s) to the chosen workshop prior to the service date that scheduled by user, user go to the chosen workshop on the scheduled date and time, get their part(s) fixed, installed and services done on their vehicle. No addition payment is needed for the fixing, installing and services at the chosen workshop of part(s) that purchased from Automall365. We have a list of panel workshops across Peninsular Malaysia that are ready to carry out installation, fixing and services of the part(s) that customer(s) purchased at Automoall365.

What If Workshop Not Available After I Schedule The Date & Time?

There is a possibility that the selected workshop is closed on your selected Date & Time to fix, install and service your car due to unforeseen circumstances. But don’t worry as after the workshop received your service scheduled, the workshop representative will contact and reschedule your service date and time on your conveniences.

What Is Your Panel Workshop’s Operating Hour?

Our panel workshop’s operating hour are from 9:00am till 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday. And is closed on Sunday.

How Long It Usually Take To Install, fix or service my vehicle?

Minimum 30 minutes to not more than 2 hours depending on the total items that need to install, fix or services on your vehicle.

Do I Need To Pay For The Labor Cost For Installing, Fixing Or Servicing My Vehicle?

When you purchase the part(s) under Order & Book Workshop Service, you enjoy FREE installation, fixing and servicing of the part(s) that you purchase from us.

What If I Need Other Extra Part Purchase, Extra Services Apart From My Purchase Item?

If you need to buy extra part(s) or extra services apart from what you have purchased from us, which is not listed in our E-Commerce AutoMall365, you can deal directly with our panel workshop. Your dealing with the workshop on this extra purchase and extra service will not be covered under our AutoMall365 of any agreement, terms and condition with you.

What Is Download Breakdown Service App?

Breakdown Service App is an Application that develop by us named ResQ365. You can download directly from the official Google Play Store and App Store. The purpose of ResQ365 is to provide additional value added services to our customers. This app is to assist customer when their vehicles are having a breakdown when travelling. We have our breakdown service team across whole Peninsula Malaysia that are ready to help you and to get your vehicle back on road, so that you can continue your journey and go back home safely to your family.

If you have registered with us in AutoMall365, you do not need to register again after you download ResQ365 App. Your registered info such as username and password are the same and you can use them to login to ResQ365. Your registered vehicle(s) also will be reflected in the ResQ365 App so that you do not have to repeat the vehicle registration process again. In short, meaning that once you have downloaded the ResQ365 app, you can straight away use the ResQ365 app to help you on your vehicle breakdown assist anytime and anywhere.

Will I Be Able To View My Purchase History?

Yes. All your successful and completed purchased can be view at My Order at the top right of the AutoMall365 Page.

What currency can I pay in?

All transactions are processed in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).

Can I Purchase Marketplace Products And Order & Book Workshop Service Product Together At The Same Time?

No. You cannot as the products at this 2 different places are handle differently. Marketplace is to do shipping of parts direct to user’s provided address while Order & Book Workshop Service is to send the parts to chosen workshop. (Note: Marketplace and Order & Book Workshop Service should checkout individually and could not combine. Any Marketplace product will be removed in card automatically, should Order & Book Workshop Service product is added into cart.)

What are my payment options?

We use Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd Payment Gateway. We happily accept Mastercard, Visa, Bank Online Payment and E-Wallets.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! Your credit card information is secured and safeguarded. All information are encrypted and sent through secured and protected channels. We use Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd as our payment gateway.

Why do I have Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd in my credit card transaction records rather than Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd?

Do not worry because our payment gateway partner, Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd collects payment on behalf of Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd.

My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know if my payment went through successfully?

When you submit your payment details, the Razer Merchant Services Sdn Bhd payment service will request authorization from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening checks on Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd. Depending on the outcome of the authorization request, you will see either a successful or a failed message on screen which will confirm the result of your transaction.  A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd.
